Today Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev, who is taking cure in US, had a telephone conversation with US Vice-President Dick Cheney.

Officials engaged in settlement of Karabakh problem are watching this strange process with bewilderment, but prefer not to intervene, while the initiatives become more and more active.
