The head of the RF presidential administration refrained from speaking about the position of Armenia regarding that issue letting the Armenian counterparts do that.

The meeting participants will get familiar with the main directions of the Armenian economy development and investment programs regarding the industries.

Armenia will introduce questions regarding the macroeconomic policy, business atmosphere, struggle against terror, energy and environment.

The Armenian government has adopted some amendments in a number of bank laws, that will allow the banks to freeze the accounts, the means of which are for terrorism financing.

Abashidze noted the active role of local Armenians in the political and economic spheres in Adzharia and their contribution to the prosperity of the republic.

Recollecting the recent case of signature collection against that project among the citizens of the Georgian regions where the oil pipeline is going to be constructed, the ambassador noted, that an Armenian -Russian citizen- is engaged in this action and "this is a basis to suppose that foreign forces are engaged in this issue".

"This is settled in the course of time and as a result of hard work", the head of the president's administration stated.

There are a number of issues the consideration of which has not been finished yet and this means that new meetings are necessary, Yerevan State University senior lecturer David Hovannisian stated.

According to the statement, the two countries plan their future in the European family as full members of that organization.

As the Armenian foreign minister noted, Guliyev's speech was beside the point at the meeting when the attention of all the countries was focused on the Iraqi issue.
