The results of the elections of the members of the US Congress’s House of Representatives held Sunday were very successful for the Armenian lobbyist organizations of America. The absolute majority of candidates supported by the Armenian Assembly and the Armenian National Committee succeeded in the elections. Only 8 from 149 candidates supported by the Armenian organizations lost. This is a very good indicator – 94 percent. 114 from 125 members of the Armenian group of congress maintained their mandates (92%).
