Today a seminar devoted to institutional reformation of the foreign relations sphere of the organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation member states opened in the capital of Armenia, which presides in the BSEC.

The ''Open Doors'' international organization, engaged in protection of the liberty of conscience in different countries, published recently a list of countries where the Christians are being oppressed. As expected, Azerbaijan is among those counties. Let us note that Azerbaijan is the only country in the list which is a Council of Europe member. It is among such countries as Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Northern Korea, Cuba, Yemen, Egypt, Somali, Nigeria and others. It is strange, how does the CoE tolerate a country where the rights of Christian minorities are being violated.
