"If all the opportunities are evidently exhausted Azerbaijan will have the full right to undertake measures to restore its territorial integrity", - Azeri prime minister said.

Late October a sitting with the participation of the foreign ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization member-states is planned to be held in the capital of Azerbaijan presiding at the organization within the coming 5 months.

The process of reduction must not be applied to the military bases located in Georgian towns of Batumi and Akhalkalaki as well as in Armenian town of Gyumri.

The commanders of the North-Atlantic Alliance are satisfied with the results of the ''Cooperative Best Effort-2003'' military maneuvers held in the end of June in Armenia. It was the first time when the NATO's ''Partnership for Peace'' program's trainings were being held in Armenia. In total there were 400 military men from 19 countries including Turkey participating in the maneuvers.
