The new co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk group from Russia Yuri Merzlyakov is finishing his regional visit. The diplomat that has replaced Nikolay Gribkov only few weeks ago, made a tourney in the capital cities of the three countries involved in the Karabakh conflict. He visited Yerevan twice - before and after the visit to Stepanakert. His 7-day mission finishes tomorrow. On September 15 he will have his first meeting with the colleagues of the Minsk group.
