Mingarel discussed the other day the issues connected with the concluding of the agreement on free trade between Armenia and the EU.

BAKU DISSATISFIED WITH ANKARA

The Milli Mejlis of Azerbaijan discussed Tuesday Turkey's intention to open the border with Armenia. The news caused serious concern in Baku. The relations of the two friendly countries were rather tense on the eve of the first official visit of Azerbaijan's new President to Turkey.
