The annual session of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will start on Friday in Washington. The Armenian delegation headed by the vice speaker of the National Assembly Vahan Hovhannisyan has left for the USA in order to take part in the session where the problems of Nagorno-Karabakh and Armenian genocide in Ottoman Turkey will probably be discussed.
