The crash of Armenian plane was used in Azerbaijan as a means of political propaganda. While Yerevan and Moscow and the whole world are mourning, Azeris are trying to benefit by discrediting Armenia and bringing senseless accusations towards Russia. This is another proof of the anti-Armenian hysteria in the neighbor country.
