The United States will be considering in the coming days Montenegro's proposal to begin a process of establishing diplomatic relations.

The trust will provide grants to focus on enhancing economic and security cooperation, crisis management and democracy in a number of states including Armenia.

Financial assistance is also accepted from abroad in any foreign currency.
