"Relations with two other neighbors - Azerbaijan and Turley- leave much to be desired, we do not want to spoil relations with Iran, in addition," Robert Kocharian said.

"The most reasonable thing to do would be to resume direct contacts. But there is no light at the end of the tunnel yet," the Armenian President said.

"The Nagorno Karabakh people, who achieved his independence and defended it during the past 15 years, will not think if this or that organization is going to recognize that independence," Robert Kocharian says.
