Hayk Kotanjian: the conduct of Azerbaijan does not coincide with the balanced approach of the Minsk Group which endorses the solution of the Karabakh conflict within the norms of the international law.
"Azerbaijani authorities assertions on their adherence to the international law in the Karabakh conflict resolution don't correspond to the truth," Hayk Kotanjian said.
"One thing must be clear for Azerbaijan: no amount of resolutions will make Nagorno Karabakh deviate from its path of self-determination," Vartan Oskanian said.
"It's hard to enumerate all achievements and failures of the past ten years. But one thing is clear: I failed to prevent the March 1 events," the Armenian President said.
"If Baku isn't satisfied with the format of talks, it doesn't mean that we should give it up. Let them not negotiate if they don't want to," President Kocharian said.
