April 17, 2008
The almost sensational instructions of Vladimir Putin to the RF government about working out of new mechanisms of the protection of the rights of the Russian citizens, living in the unrecognized republics of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, became a kind of response of the RF to the Kosovo problem.
