The OSCE PA Winter Meeting is the second largest event in the OSCE PA calendar, topped only by the Annual Session, which is due in Vilnius, Lithuania from June 29 to July 3.

Armenian, Russian, Georgian and Kazakh teams will participate in the competition.

The meeting participants issued a joint statement which condemns stirring up enmity among Armenians and Turks.

Mokonat and Kari Tov companies, leaders of Armenian rice market, paid more than AMD 40.5 million into the state budget.

"Baku is willing to resume hostilities, though doubts the victory," the Armenian expert said.

Israel, Iran and Turkey used to be United States' allies and will become such one day, prof. Sfeir said.

Andrey Areshev: Turkey still remains NATO key member in the region.

"Unfortunately, we have seen that the (Israeli) people have voted for these (rightist) parties and that makes me a bit sad," the Turkish Prime Minister said.
