“In my opinion, the agreement between the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents on swap of POWs will be implemented,” the ARF Bureau's Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director said.

“This joint statement represents a positive development in the ongoing OSCE Minsk Group process to reach a peaceful resolution to the conflict,” Philip Crowley said.

“The main goal of the presidential meeting in Astrakhan was to relieve tensions,” ARF representative said.
