On December 31, a law, stipulating 1,5-3 year’s arrest term for the accused will be introduced into Turkey’s criminal code. According to Aksam Turkish newspaper, Ogun Samast, accused with the murder of the editor-in-chief of Agos Armenian-Turkish newspaper Hrant Dink, can be released, having been under arrest for 3 years and 9 months.
