On December 3, International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Salvation NGO hosted a news conference in Yerevan, focusing on the issues of invalids in Armenia.
“Azerbaijan is not trying to settle the issue, instead waging a propaganda and information war against Armenia under the cover of negotiations,” Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia said.
On December 3, newly appointed Ambassador of Switzerland to Armenia Günther Baechler handed over the copy of his credentials to Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.
“I am strongly opposed to the opinion that the disclosure of the U.S. State Department’s cables was aimed against the current administration,” the Armenian expert said.
“In July 2010, the Hague court confirmed that proclamation of Kosovo’s independence did not contradict international laws, based on the UN Charter,” the ARF Bureau Hay Dat Director said.
