February's presidential election has been postponed because of the unrest. The vote is now expected to take place on 28 March.

The move came a week after suffering one of the worst defeats of the war at the hands of pro-Russian militants.

If ratified, the agreement will give Greece a four-month bailout extension in return for government reforms.

Five air strikes were conducted in Syria, the task force said in a statement. In Iraq, nine air strikes were launched.
