The computing giant is opening the tester build of the operating system up to almost every Lumia handset on the market.

“Philips today announced that it has signed an agreement with a consortium led by GO Scale Capital,” the company said.

Comp CC is the company's latest creative app to arrive on iPad and links up with Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

Samsung and LG in the joint statement said they will reach out to relevant authorities to take the agreement into account.
