Baku is reluctant to realize that world is not interested in her “revelations” about Armenians

Day and night the entire Azerbaijani nation is busy with looking on the internet, in various stores and at exhibitions for “evidence of the Armenians’ habit to steal”, shouting about it all over the world.

Boring as it is for us, we have to once again speak of the neighboring country, particularly about the “successes” of Ilham Aliyev on fostering the image of an enemy-Armenian, whose only occupation is the appropriation of the ancient Azerbaijani culture and land. In the logic of Azeri people, soon the Armenian language, too, will be declared to be ancient Azerbaijani, and Christianity - their own religion, which Azeris’ ancestors professed before converting to Islam.

PanARMENIAN.Net - Day and night the entire Azerbaijani nation is busy with looking on the internet, in various stores and at exhibitions for “evidence of Armenian theft”, shouting about it all over the world. However, the world is not interested in their “revelations” about Armenians, no matter how reluctant Baku might be to realize it.

The most recent occurrence happened the other day. At the 17th international exhibition-festival of press and news agencies in Tehran, Armenia was represented by the news agency PanARMENIAN.Net and “Azg” daily. At opening of the exhibition, representatives of Azerbaijan once again demonstrated their inability to solve problems in a civilized way or through dialogue.

Like all the other participating countries, Armenia was represented at the exhibition on a separate pavilion, where the image of the symbol of Artsakh - the memorial “We and our mountains” - was posted on the stand as one of the sights of Armenia. This initiative of the Armenian side obviously aroused indignation of the Azerbaijani delegation. While the correspondents of PanARMENIAN.Net and “Azg” daily prepared the pavilion for opening on October 25, the Azerbaijani side closely followed the action. Once the map of Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic was attached to the stand, the Azeris foamed at the mouth. They first demanded the Iranian side to remove the map and the image of the monument, but without waiting for any decision by the exhibition management, a representative of the Azeri delegation burst into the Armenian pavilion, tore away the map, meaning to tear it into pieces. It is worth mentioning that as a defender of their interests Azerbaijanis called the Turkish delegation for help.

Organizers of the exhibition attempted to draw the infuriated and mentally unbalanced Azerbaijani away from the pavilion, but his behavior had already attracted the attention of a dozen of foreign exhibitors. Later the organizers said they didn’t know that the monument “We and our mountains” presented on the stand as one of the symbols of Armenia, was in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh. The Iranian side is now discussing the question of replacing this photo.

Such is the Azeri conduct. And afterwards they proudly write that Azerbaijani journalists were able to “frustrate the provocation of Armenians”. But no one in the neighboring republic gives a deep thought to what the policy of the Aliyev sultanate will ultimately lead to. It will, unfortunately, lead to complete degradation of the Azerbaijani youth, who are already interested in nothing but alternate orientation and narcomania. Even the “insidious Armenian Dashnaks” do not interest them any longer. Is this what Heydar Aliyev wanted for his people? We’ll never know the answer to this question; neither shall we ever know how much Baku actually spends on defense. However, we can say for sure that the lion’s share of the funds goes into the pockets of Defense Minister Safar Abiyev and his entourage, who, by tradition, share their due with the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. And one more observation: one always blames his opponent for what he himself is guilty of, and when talking about harassment among Armenian servicemen, Abiyev’s people speak about themselves. This is the reality.
