PanARMENIAN.Net -
By the end this year Public Services Regulation Commission (PSRC) will make a decision to establish the Universal Public Services Fund, outlined by RA Law "On Electronic Communications". As Samvel Arabajyan , PSRC member told a press conference on Monday, that issue is currently discussed.

The fund, which will be financed by country’s leading operators, will subsidize various electronic communication services in those regions of Armenia, where businesses are not well developed.

According to Arabajyan, about 20 ISPs were licensed to build internet networks outside the capital of Armenia.
