ARMENIAN AND AZERI FOREIGN MINISTERS TO MEET WITH OSCE MINSK GROUP CO-CHAIRS IN LATE MARCHMarch 16, 2004 - 22:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk group for settlement of the Karabakh conflict in Prague in late March, Azeri foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev reported today. As reported by Baku media, at that Guliyev said he was for continuing the dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan. "Today there is an opportunity to continue the dialogue. If it ceases, other means to solve the conflict should be found," the Azeri Minister said. He noted the co-chairs have proposals, which will be discussed by the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Prague. "The mediators want to present the proposals to the Foreign Ministers, after which, taking into account the outcomes of the meeting, they will make summaries and will pay their recurrent visit to the region," V.
