According to Armen Sargsyan, the agreement will guarantee the safety of Artsakh Armenians, taking de jure ties between Yerevan and Stepanakert to a new level, further promoting Karabakh recognition campaign. “Karabakh conflict settlement entered a new stage, with Azeri president, regarded as an enemy of his own people, continuing with his aggressive stance,” the politician stressed.
