The World Azerbaijanis Congress (WAC) plans to hire the most famous attorney of Europe to defend Azeri serviceman Ramil Safarov, accused of murder of an Armenian officer. As written by the Baku press, in the words of one of the WAC leaders Teymur Eminbeyli, well-known Azeri businessman Fizuli Mamedov known as Frank El-Capone will cover all financial expenses of hiring the lawyer. "We will try to hire the best lawyer and to win the case to fully secure the defense of the Azeri officer," he said.
