It’s about Santa Claus and other legendary children’s icons like the Tooth Fairy, the Easter Bunny and the Sandman banding together Superfriends-style to protect the hopes and imaginations of kids everywhere from an evil force threatening to conquer the world. It features the voices of Jude Law as the bad guy, as well as Alec Baldwin, Hugh Jackman, Chris Pine and Isla Fischer. The 3D movie is directed by Peter Ramsay, written by David Lindsay-Abiare and counts Guillermo del Toro as a producer, which might count for the slightly darkish tone. It’s due out November 21.
