ONE MORE OPPOSITION STICKLER ARRESTED IN YEREVAN ON CHARGE OF INSTIGATION TO CHANGE CONSTITUTIONAL REGIME BY FORCE

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Yerevan resident Artak Gabrielian was arrested and charged of instigation for the change of the constitutional regime by force. As reported by the press service of the Armenian Office of General Prosecutor, "spreading among people the leaflets provided by the headquarters of National Unity A. Gabrielian called the citizens to take part in the meeting on April 9, seize power and change the constitutional regime in the country". Such a crime is punished in accordance with article 301 of the RA Criminal Code. As for the fact that MP Victor Dallakian against his will was brought to the Office of General Prosecutor, the report mentions the following: Dallakian was earlier asked to the prosecutor's office to bear testimony regarding this case, however he refused to do so, thus causing the implementation of corresponding measures, provided by article 153 of the RA Criminal Code.
