One of Sharm Holding directors expects top appointment, paper saysApril 14, 2012 - 10:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Karen Ghazaryan, one of directors of Sharm Holding, engaged in advertising and show business, has recently joined the ruling Republican Party of Armenia. According to Zhoghovurd paper, Ghazaryan made the move hoping to appear on the party’s proportional election list. However, the list is published long ago, with Ghazaryan missing from it. According to the paper’s sources, an “executive position” was promised Ghazaryan, namely the post of a deputy minister. When Zhoghovurd asked RPA spokesman Eduard Sharmazanov which ministry Ghazaryan was expected to join, Sharmazanov, naturally, refuted the rumors. “The party never discusses staff appointment. Currently we are fully engaged in our election campaign. Your information is not true,” he stated.
