Armenia’s women’s tennis team is currently in Egypt taking part in Fed Cup women team competition Group III.

Armenia is included in Pool A, to rival Morocco, Ireland, Kenya and Malta.

Armenian players beat Kenya in two singles and one double. Anna Movsisyan and Ani Amiraghyan played 6:0, 6:1 and 6:0, 6:0 respectively in the singles rubbers both winning in less than 45 minutes.

Nune Khachatryan and Movsisyan then teamed up for the doubles producing an equally impressive performance to see off Kenya's participants 6:0, 6:1, fedcup.com says.
