Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe rapporteur on the Nagorno Karabakh issue Terry Davis will visit not only Armenia and Azerbaijan, but also Nagorno Karabakh. PACE Armenian delegation head, chairman of the foreign relations commission of the Armenian parliament Hovhannes Hovhannisian told journalists about the arrangement. In his opinion, it would be preferable for Terry Davis to visit the region in late spring - after the parliamentary election in Armenia. At the time there will be more favorable conditions for the rapporteur's work in the republic, H. Hovhannisian explained. Let us note that earlier Terry Davis' visit to the conflict region was planned in late March, i.e. before the recurrent sitting of the PACE Bureau planned March 29.
