Armenia does its best to participate in the Cooperative Best Effort-2004 NATO maneuvers to be held in the territory of Azerbaijan in autumn, head of the Armenian mission to the European Union and the NATO, Armenian Ambassador to Benelux Vigen Chitechian told Armenpress agency.
