Ukraine intends to take part in the tender for the construction of Iran-Armenia gas pipeline, Ukrainian Prime Minister Victor Yanoukovich stated at the joint conference with Armenian Premier Andranik Margarian. "We possess the whole range of equipment necessary for the construction", Yanoukovich added. Ukraine is as well interested in building and rebuilding of industrial constructions, development of energy and metallurgy areas in Armenia. A. Margarian in his turn noted that Armenia shows interest in the participation in joint with Ukraine projects as well as in delivery of Ukrainian agricultural machinery to Armenia. According to the Prime Ministers, the resolutions adopted at the sitting of the Armenian-Ukrainian intergovernmental commission for economic cooperation held in Kiev yesterday will create conditions for the further increase of commodity circulation and will help to overcome the existing barriers. Upon completion of the meeting the Armenian and Ukrainian government heads concluded an agreement on cooperation in the sphere of competition policy, INFA reports. Let us note that the circulation of goods between Armenia and Ukraine increased 1,4 times in 2003 and doubled this year.
