ARMENIAN AND AZERI FOREIGN MINISTERS TO MEET IN STRASBOURG TODAY
Today Armenian and Azeri foreign ministers will meet in Strasbourg to negotiate the possibilities of settling the Karabakh conflict. To remind, the meeting is to be held within the frames of the summit of foreign ministers of the CE member-states. In the words of Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mamedyarov, the "negotiations will focus on the readiness of the parties for dialogue". "We are considering a number of ideas at present", he said. According to him, there exist several versions of discussion, one of them being "the liberation of the seized territories in exchange for restoration of transport communications, Interfax reports.
