A 27-year-old Armenia born man is detained by traffic inspectors of Saint Petersburg on May 13. As reported by Rosbalt news agency, he was detained at the moment he was applying to registering his car. When holding a check up it turned out that he was wanted as he had escaped from investigation in Armenia. The detainee was taken to the militia department. Arrest is chosen as preventive punishment.
