According to Vardanyan, Dashnaktsutyun did not support other opposition candidates nominated in this constituency, because it considers Aram Manukyan (ANC) and Zaruhi Postanjyan (Heritage) to be rivals similar to Artak Sargsyan, owner of SAS supermarkets chain supported by the ruling Republican Party of Armenia. Dashnaktsutyun representative believes Seyranyan is much likely to join the next parliament.
