OPPOSITION ACTIVISTS PROTESTED AGAINST KEEPING REPUBLIC PARTY TRUSTEE IN CUSTODY

PanARMENIAN.Net - Activists of the Republic opposition party and a number of other public organizations held today a protest action against keeping Suren Sureniants, the Republic party trustee, in custody. The action participant collected signatures with a demand to release S. Sureniants, which they are going to submit to the Office of General Prosecutor. To remind, Suren Sureniants, who was arrested in early April "for appeals to turn down the constitutional regime and public insult of the leadership", went on termless hunger strike on May 20.
