A murderous assault was made on director of Armenia-Lada Company Rafael Shahmuradian last night. As the RA police reported, on May 25 at about midnight R. Shahmuradian's Nissan Patrol was fired upon from a white Niva in the center of Yerevan. The assaulters disappeared; heavily injured Shahmuradian was taken to hospital. A criminal case has been initiated.
