ANM leader: opposition struggle continues

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Movement leader Aram Manukyan opened Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc rally on May 8.

“ANC struggle continues, despite opposition supporters’ deep disappointment over parliamentary poll. We must fight for justice, freedom and the future of Armenia,” Manukyan stressed.

Manukyan further called the reported number of voters (1 mln 600 thous.) an absurd figure considering current emigration rate.

The oppositionist also called attention to the unusually high voter turnout in Armenian provinces as compared to Yerevan voter turnout of hardly over 400 thous.
