Expert slams poll results in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Procedurally parliamentary elections in Armenia were almost perfect, political analyst said.

Commenting on election results, Karen Kocharyan noted with irony, “What can’t be bought with money, can be bought with lots of money.”

Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc member, in turn, characterized the past elections as “disgraceful.” According to him, people stood in line for electoral bribes to “sell themselves into slavery.”

“Those distributing electoral bribery were well aware of the crime they committed, whilst confident of their impunity,”
