Last night the Azeri army tried to advance its positions inland the territory of Armenia towards the pumping plant of Berkaber Armenian village of the region of Tavush. As reported by the Press Service of the Defense Ministry of Armenia, when the Armenian party undertook respective countermeasures, the Azeris randomly fired over Berkaber village. The response fire of the Armenian elements made Azeris cease the fire. According to the source, there are no casualties among the Armenian military and civilians. It should be noted that the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan in its turn released a statement that last night elements of the armed forces of Armenia fired upon the positions of the Azeri army in the Kazakh region.
