Azerbaijanis urge Iran to stop “supporting Armenia”

PanARMENIAN.Net - Several Azerbaijani non-governmental organizations staged protest outside the Iranian Embassy of Baku.

The action was supported by the Youth Organization of the New Azerbaijan Party, Ireli, AGAT and other youth organizations.

The action involved around 600-800 participants, who urged the Iranian government to stop “supporting Armenia.”

Apart from anti-Armenian slogans, the demonstrators voiced protest against the remarks of the Iranian government regarding upcoming Eurovision Song Contest in Baku, News.Az reported.
