Prosperous Armenia leader amends party list

Zhoghovurd paper cites its sources as saying that leader of Prosperous Party leader Gagik Tsarukyan has reviewed his party list of MPs-to-be.

He gathered the party members to inform which of them will join the next parliament, paper says.

“Tsarukyan declared that all those who failed to bring 10000 or more votes for Prosperous Party in the parliamentary voting will get no mandate,” Zhoghovurd reports.

According to the paper, Ruben Gevorgyan, Martuni town MP Vahagn Makhsudyan, governor of Gegharkunik Nver Poghosyan had therefore to renounce their deputy mandates.

In addition, Tsarukyan's spokesman Khachik Galstyan, Vardan Vardanyan, Harutyun Kushkyan, Mkhitar Harutyunyan, Aram Safaryan and some others will also put down their mandates, Zhoghovurd says.
