The Center houses 32-suite hotel, including one presidential suite and 9 luxury ones. As to tariffs, they are not finalized yet. Anyway, they will be relevant in terms of market prices and the demand,” he stated. Initially the business center will employ about 50 people, later to involve more. “We are currently hiring the staff. It’s not so easy to find specialists, particularly in service sphere; some are reluctant to work, others lack relevant experience,” the director explains adding that employees will undergo special training. As to their potential visitors, Ohanyan emphasized that they will mostly be those visiting Artsakh for business or rest. “Naturally, we’ll rival Armenia and Yerevan hotels now,” Karabakh-open.info quotes the new center director as saying.
