Establishment of a trade council aiming to foster bilateral trade and economic relations should be priority for chambers of commerce and industry of Armenia and Czech Republic, head of the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic said.

“We stand ready to enable Armenian businessmen to trade in Czech Republic,” said.

In this context, Petr Kužel noted that the Czech government adopted export-oriented strategy based on the project of Economic Chamber.

“The document is backed by Czech entrepreneurs who aim to develop production abroad,” he said.

Mr. Kužel stressed Czech businessmen’s interest in investments not only in free trade zones, but also in the fields Czech Republic has vast experience, such as energy and food industry, particularly beer production and engineering.
