On June 5, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan convoked NKR Security Council meeting. Issues related to the organization of 2012 harvest activities were in focus of the meeting.

Artsakh Prime Minister Ara Harutunyan, Agriculture Minister Andranik Khachatryan, director of the rescue service Arthur Harutyunyan, director of the agriculture assistance fund Vahram Baghdasaryan and heads of regional administration delivered corresponding reports and speeches.

For efficient organization of the harvest activities President Sahakyan instructed the Ministers to set up operative headquarters to carry out all the necessary work and submit information on the situation to the President with a 10-day periodicity. The headquarters is to be formed by June 10, 2012.

Bako Sahakyan underlined that the whole process of this strategic issue would receive broad media coverage, central information department of Artsakh President Office reported.
