Today Armenian Prime Minister Andranik Margarian congratulated the people and the President of Nagorno Karabakh on the 13-th anniversary of the republic's independence. The message of the head of the Armenian Government specifically says, "13 years ago Karabakh Armenians expressed their unanimous will to create an independent state in their historical homeland and to protect their right for life dignity." The message also notes that Nagorno Karabakh abides by the principle of peaceful settlement it has chosen.
