He reminded the three principles Armenian President Robert Kocharian has declared: NKR's status out of Azerbaijan, overland border with Armenia and security guarantees. "The final settlement of the Karabakh problem should be based on these principles ", Sargsian said. He did not rule out the possibility of Karabakh's joining Armenia if a corresponding situation is available.
