Five officers of the Armenian Armed Forces are in Tbilisi expecting permission for the entry to Azerbaijan for the participation in Cooperative Best Effort-2004 exercise to be conducted within the frames of Partnership for Peace NATO Program on September 13-26. RA Defense Minister's press secretary Seyran Shakhsuvarian reported it, adding that Americans are dealing with the issue of Armenian officers' entry to Azerbaijan at the moment.
