MUCH DEPENDS ON TALKS IN ASTANA, AZERI PRESIDENT SUPPOSES
"Talks and consultations over the Karabakh confrontation continue, they will be held in the course of the coming summit of heads of the CIS states in Astana," stated Azeri President Ilham Aliyev in a conversation with journalists, Turan news agency reported. "Our terms are that the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan should be restored. Other questions can be solved later. Much depends on the talks in Astana," Aliyev said. According to the source, answering the question on the opportunity of the arrival of Armenian officers in Baku, Aliyev said the NATO holds the measure and Azerbaijan has not invited anyone specifically. At the same time he made it clear that contacts with official Yerevan at various levels do not mean changing Azerbaijan's position over the Karabakh settlement at all.
