Iran arrests killers of its nuclear scientists

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Iranian Intelligence Ministry announced on Thursday, June 14, that its forces have managed to arrest the killers of two nuclear scientists and a policeman, Fars News Agency reported.

Security forces arrested the assassins of nuclear scientists Majid Shahriari, Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan and policeman Reza Qashqaei, the ministry said in a statement.

“The criminals are now under the arrest,” it said, adding, "The details of the arrest will be made public after lapse of security precaution."

In the fifth attack of its kind in two years, 32-year-old Iranian scientist, Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan, and his driver on January 11 were killed in a terror attack.

The blast took place on the second anniversary of the murder of Iranian university professor and nuclear scientist, Massoud Ali Mohammadi, who was also assassinated in a terrorist bomb attack in Tehran in January 2010.
