Today Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II received newly appointed US Ambassador to Armenia John Marshall Evans. As reported by the press service of Holy Echmiadzin, the Patriarch mentioned with satisfaction the assistance the US has rendered to Armenia since the country became independent. The newly appointed Ambassador assured that he will spare no efforts to accomplish his mission and contribute to the consolidation of the Armenian-American friendship.
